601-605 - Mrs G - Practise listening to English
On Monday 17 December, you will have an oral comprehension test. Practise your listening skills by using these resources. They are so useful!
1) Go to NPR (National Public Radio > the American national radio): https://www.npr.org/
Click on the "Search" Button and type in "Nigeria". Tick the "Heard on Air" box to see all the podcasts available. Choose one that looks interesting and listen to it / read the script. Repeat as many times as necessary.
2) Go to the TED Talks website: https://www.ted.com
Click on the "Search" button and type in "Nigeria". Choose a TED Talk that looks interesting and listen to it / read the script. Repeat as many times as necessary.
