restaurants in the USA. In it, you’ve learnt about Food Ink and future
restaurant trends. You are being interviewed outside of the exhibition by a
local radio.

an audio in which you will explain what you have learnt (as if you explained it to a friend). Give
your opinion on the trends and also answer the following question: If such a restaurant opens in France, will you go?
